Armando Ceron • Cofounder

Armando is a first-generation native Latino born in Los Angeles with 14+ years of experience leading creative business development, product design, business strategy, and digital innovation enjoyed by millions and billions of people. His clients included multiple Fortune 100 companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, Starbucks, and Riot Games.

Armando has successfully consulted with ad agencies, VC, and early-stage startups funded by VC firms such as Google Ventures, Softbank, Union Square Ventures, and Stadia Ventures. His passion for supporting DEI initiatives in colorless industries is intensified through a network of influential colleagues and business partners proactively building bridges of accessibility. He champions the belief in funding untapped innovation from underrepresented founders to be a superpower hidden in plain sight that the average investor cannot see. As a VC deal partner, he advises startups and investors on a wide spectrum of technological innovations derived from past leadership roles from creative strategy to execution. His strategic thinking and curiosity stem from a BFA degree in advertising and design from the top design school ArtCenter College of Design. Armando also has an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business & Technology with a focus on blockchain, AI, and strategic leadership to complement his business acumen and overall approach to technology.

Andrew Lomax • Cofounder

Andrew is a dedicated educator and experienced manager working with diverse groups in results driven environments. He has leveraged two MBA degrees, in Finance and Accounting, to drive process development, change management, performance evaluation, and focus on key performance indicators. He has managed teams of 5 to over 150 members in service, distribution, and fulfillment industries for companies such as Regal Entertainment Group and Staples. As an educator, Andrew has worked with low income and disadvantaged students in Middle School and High School while experiencing several education and certification platforms such as iReady, TargetSolutions, CareerSafe, CertiPort, and Illuminate. He has spent 7 years of teaching math to Middle School students. Currently, he has been teaching Career Technical Education (CTE) classes in Business to High School students within a Gold Certified Pathway at a school with a nationally recognized CTE program. With this experience, he is uniquely positioned to understand barriers to comprehension and educational strategies. Andrew has a skill set in financial literacy, education strategies, and mathematical evaluation.

Alessandro Marianantoni

Alessandro Marianantoni is Exec. Director and Founder at M Accelerator in Los Angeles, offering programs to serve the Los Angeles and International Startup ecosystems providing students, early stage and later stage founders with skills to grow their startups. He has designed and developed projects in different arenas: entertainment, engineering, architecture, and healthcare, receiving public and private funding from a number of organizations including UCLA, USC Institute for Creative Technology and Integrate Media System Center, Google, Siemens, Marriott, Universal Studios, Disney, Amazon, Italian Government, and the City of Pasadena.

Alessandro also has the expertise of a senior researcher who’s managed national and international projects for one of the four National Science Foundation projects in the Future Internet Program, with work on Building Automation and Cyber-Physical Systems.
